The Fourth Edition of the Parametric Cost Estimating Handbook is now available for review below (there are two PDF files: the basic handbook and the associated appendices); this draft Fourth Edition is an extension of the Third. Parametric Estimating has evolved considerably in the four years since the Third Edition and this update reflects those new and evolutionary trends. The Fourth Edition contents were culled from over one thousand pages of possible subject matter. All this subject matter was worthy and difficult decisions concerning inclusion had to be made by the Handbook management team. This team consisted of:

The Fourth Edition draft is available for public comment through 1 October, 2007. The management team appreciates your thoughts and comments.
